INNOVATE NIAGARA
Black Excellence and Innovation in Niagara Event
February 27, 2024
MCUIRE was tasked with providing catering services to Innovate Niagara. During Black
History Month, Innovate Niagara hosted a Black Excellence and Innovation in Niagara
Event in partnership with CBCC and the Rodman Art Institute in Niagara during their
Black Women in Leadership Art exhibit to inspire, share knowledge and celebrate black
accomplishments. MCUIRE is proud to have been part of this important event.

Brock University
Cookout at Student Justice Centre
March 07, 2024
MCUIRE was tasked with providing catering services to Brock University for a cookout
day at the Student Justice Centre. Students got to experience unique multi-dimensional and lush African flavours that most in the Western world are unfamiliar with. Students were introduced to the colourful and lavish dishes that are at the core of the cuisine. MCUIRE is proud to have been a part of the educational experience to the brilliant and talented people at Brock University.

Niagara College
Live Cooking Session
March 25
MCUIRE was tasked with doing a live cooking tutorial, introducing over 1000 students
to West African cuisine.
Students got a first hand look at what is at the heart of Nigerian/Ghanaian cuisine to hopefully inspire their own cooking philosophies and rouse curiosity and innovation. MCUIRE is proud to have been a part of the educational experience to hardworking students at Niagara College.

Meet our Head Chef, Pratik Salkar. Classically trained in many cuisines, including Italian, Indo-Chinese Cuisine and most importantly: mouth-watering dishes. As a creative and thorough planner, he will ensure your event runs as smooth as possible.

One of the chefs at MCUIRE and proud Nigerian, passionate about providing unique and elegant experiences and introducing African cuisine to the uninitiated.
